Contract services performed by Blue Whale
Financials are deemed
NON-refundable if the contractor is unable to provide a
repayment plan on a modified mortgage loan to the
lender.
Contract services
performed by Blue Whale Financials
are deemed NON-refundable
if a client of Blue Whale Financials is no longer able
to stay in the property for any reason outside the
influence of Blue Whale Financials not pertaining to a
successful mortgage loan modification.
Blue Whale Financials
deems any interest rate reduction, any balance
reduction, any loan settlement, and/or any solution
resulting in a decrease of payment a successful result.
If we cannot establish
contact with the lender, we will offer a full refund of
all fees paid.
If we cannot obtain an
offer from a lender or provide a financial solution to
the Client, we will issue a refund of all fees paid
minus $500 for processing services rendered.
If a successful result as
deemed by Blue Whale Financials
is attained no refund
shall be awarded for any reason. All clients must
maintain a working relationship with Blue Whale Financials by returning phone calls and/or emails in a
timely manner.
A refund totaling 100% of
the fee listed in the client fee agreement shall be
returned to the client if a successful result cannot be
provided after 180 days upon receipt of FULL payment.
To obtain a refund, you
must notify Blue Whale Financials within 30 days of the
modification completion date.
We will not be liable for
any unfunded claims or refunds that are the result of an
incorrect mailing address provided by you to Blue
Whale Financials and/or
non-receipt of the “Refund Claim email” within 10 days
of announcement by you.
